IMPORTANT JV/AFFILIATE RULES AND GUIDELINES
It is ABSOLUTELY VITAL that every Affiliate adhere to the HIGHEST POSSIBLE STANDARDS of Ethical & Legal Conduct when promoting 30 Day Sales Machine.
Additionally, the Federal Trade Commission has recently more clearly defined best practices for affiliate marketers, and it is our position that all affiliates of 30 Day Sales Machine (30DSM) must use these guidelines and regulations as Standard Operating Procedure during their endorsement or promotion.

Step 2 – In addition to the FTC Guidelines, please observe the following Best Practices:
When you promote, make sure you:
** Include your Affiliate Disclaimers and Disclosures. The bottom line is, if you make a sale via an affiliate link, it’s because you’re getting paid to do so – be honest about that. Include these disclaimers during email or advertising promotions.
** Include your relevant Privacy Policies on sites that you are promoting 30 Day Sales Machine with. ** Include your Terms of Service on sites that you are promoting 30DSM with.
** Include your Forward Looking Earnings Statements on sites that you are promoting 30DSM with.
** DO NOT SPAM (Do NOT send JUNK or UNQUALIFIED TRAFFIC to this Content)
** Don’t TWITTER SPAM or Social Media Spam
** Don’t misrepresent yourself as a “typical result” or as a “typical customer” when you promote this offer
** Be transparent and authentic – We’ll treat your prospects with MASSIVE RESPECT!
NOTE: There will be NO commission payments paid on PERSONAL USE Sales of the Product – meaning, if the only purpose in joining this affiliate program was to get a commission on a sale for Personal USE of 30 Day Sales Machine, that’s not cool.
JV/AFFILIATE PAYMENT TERMS
JV/Affiliate commissions are paid out on the 1st of every month.
Commissions are paid after 60 days (on the 1st of the month) after the customer purchase date. This allows for our 30 day money back guarantee (plus a 30 day grace period for refunds). Affiliates will only be paid on payments received and all refunds and chargebacks will be "clawed back" from commissions owed.
So, as an example, customer purchases in June 2017 will have commissions paid out on September 1, 2017.
Affiliate leads and sales will be tracked monthly for as long as the program exists. We reserve the right to end the affiliate program at any time.
Our JV Manager will reach out to you to understand your preferred payment method which can include:
- Mailed Check (US only) - if this method is preferred, we will contact you for your mailing address. Note it will take 5-7 business days to receive the check once issued
- PayPal - if this method is preferred, we will require the email address linked to your PayPal account. Note: Paypal (although convenient) does charge a fee to the affiliate upon commission payout of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. The affiliate is responsible for this fee.
- Bank Wire Transfer - this method will be used ONLY if for some reason we are unable to send you your commissions via check or Paypal. We will send you additional paperwork required to complete the bank wire transfer. Note: Any fees required to complete the bank wire transfer will be the responsibility of the affiliate
